As a therapist, my goal is for my clients to feel safe, understood, and supported.

Therapy can be a puzzling process, fraught with uncertainties and questions. I strive to establish an atmosphere that is conducive to exploration and allows clients to feel that they are not alone.

My background in psychology and health sciences, coupled with my interest in spirituality, allows me to take a holistic view of care. By embracing a biopsychosocial approach, I seek to help clients gain deeper insight into themselves.

I have experience working with youth who have special needs, immigrants and refugees, as well as individuals with gender and sexual identity issues. I warmly welcome clients from all walks of life who are on the journey to growth and healing.
