CBT Group Depression Counselling
Depression is a common but serious mood disorder. When going through a depressive episode, it may feel like there is no way out. The good news is that it is treatable - with some education, tools, and support, there is a way through.
Our Group Counselling is $75 + HST / week. Totaling 12 sessions.
CBT Group Habits Counselling
Do you often feel like you have lost control? Habits that consume your life can negatively affect not only you but also the people you love.
There are two different types of habits:
- Substance habits - i.e. alcohol, drugs, etc
- Behavioural habits - i.e. gambling, video games, tv, porn, etc.
These habits can be very difficult to stop on your own. With some education, tools, and support, there is a way to learn how to cope and experience freedom from your addictive issues.
Our workshop cost is $75 + HST / week. Totaling 12 sessions.
ADHD / Academic Success Workshop
Do you often feel frustrated? Do you find it difficult to focus, time manage, and perform well in your academics? According to a study published in 2021 in the Journal of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, students with ADHD are more likely to suffer from mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and academic stress compared to peers who do not have ADHD.
This workshop is specifically designed to help high school and university students understand the impact of ADHD on their academics and give them the tools to find success! While ADHD poses many challenges to students, taking advantage of support services like this can help you increase your chances of academic success.
Our workshop cost is $75 + HST / week. Totaling 12 sessions.
